Plot.
Police Officer Flanagan gives a little blind girl, Billie, a Raggety-Ann doll, and she is told she can see it if she uses her imagination; she does so and the slum neighborhood is transformed into an enchanted fairyland, alive with beautiful colors and music.

The Enchanted Square is a Noveltoon cartoon, produced in 1946 by Famous Studios and released on May 9, 1947. It marks the final appearance of Raggedy Ann in a Paramount cartoon. The cartoon was directed by Seymour Kneitel, with story and scenics by Shane Miller, co-story and animation direction by Orestes Calpini, character animation by Calpini and Al Eugster and music arrangement by Winston Sharples.
