Philip Miller ist ein südafrikanischer Komponist und Klangkünstler mit Sitz in Kapstadt. Seine Arbeit ist vielfältig und entwickelt sich häufig aus kollaborativen Projekten in Theater-, Film-, Video- und Klanginstallationen.Miller ist derzeit Ehrenmitglied des ARC (The Research Initiative in Archive and Public Culture) an der University of Cape Town.
