Matadero (2019)
Plot.
In a village of Castile, endless fields of grain stirred by the wind extend beyond where the view reaches. There is a quiet municipality where the slaughter of Francisco (Antonio Garrido), an entrepreneur who is dedicated to the processing of meat, imports cheap and low quality pigs from Portugal and then sells them. At the slaughterhouse works his brother-in-law Alfonso (Pepe Viyuela), a professional veterinarian, a weak man and a little coward who in the background is tired of looking elsewhere certifying animals of dubious quality and that any other would step back.
