Plot.
Investigative journalist Emanuelle breaks into a home to find a microfilm, which leads her to an "international expedition" in Hong Kong. This film was made entirely of footage from Joe D'Amato films released between 1976 and 1980, quickly becoming popular within the bootleg video market.

Manuela's Unleashed Perversions of Emanuelle (Unleashed Perversions of Emanuelle) is an Italian erotic spy film written and directed by Joe D'Amato (credited as John Bird), released in 1983. The film is a re-release of Voluptuous Laura, Emanuelle and the last cannibals, Emanuelle and the girls of Madame Claude or Porno Esotic Love, all made by D'Amato. Several scenes were taken from these films and then glued together, creating a new story with the new appearance while a new doubling changes the old dialogues.
