Mrs. Brambilla wanders for her daughter, becoming a young lady, a so-called "good party" and therefore irreducibly obstructs the love of the girl with a good but not rich young. Following this fixed idea, she induces her husband to make debts in order to lead the girl to a luxury beach, where, in contact with the great world, she hopes to find the husband suitable for her daughter. In fact, the girl soon finds a quality admirer, but his intentions are not at all commendable and the girl is about to fall into a trap. Thanks to the energetic intervention of the young man who had followed her, the courtier is put out of combat. Faced with the failure of her plan, Mrs. Brambilla gives up and allows the two young men to crown their dream.
