A young Italian worker always has problems with his staff, because he doesn't understand their language. His only friend is a dog who ran to him. After his colleagues kick the dog, he gets angry and beats the bat. Then he is ordered to his boss, who wants to quit him. Next to him is a man, who wants to take him to Austria, where he should work. There he meets a beautiful woman and falls in love with her, with which he is not the only one. Someone else has forgotten the lady and thus there is a conflict that leads to the extreme.
