Alma and Joseph are two young people who try by all means, to go ahead and be someone in life, despite the hostile environment in which they live, characterized by poverty, street children and young people who have strayed from the right path and fallen on drugs. Alma lives with her mother Mercedes, who makes her daughter believe that her father Eusebio died, but the truth is that he abandoned them long ago and lives with another woman. Joseph, in turn, is a boy who dreams of being an Olympic swimmer and Alma dreams of being a famous dancer. Despite the hostilities that they are forced to live the day-to-day, Alma and Joseph will not yet give up for anything and try to reach their dreams, even if they have to go through misfortunes and sufferings.
