"If it were you," says Alba Ruiz, a 17-year-old girl who resides with her uncle Miguel, as her parents have had to leave for work in New Zealand. Alba has to finish her studies in Spain and enters an institute where things don't start too well. Her resemblance to an old student named Cris, who disappeared a year ago, triggers all the alarms. The stay at that school begins to bother the young woman, so she begins to investigate what happened to the girl. Murder? School harassment? Suicide? These are questions that come before Alba, who gradually goes into the circles of the disappeared.
