Satellite dish salesman Gus (Stephen Ouimette) experiences some life-altering changes when he meets performance artist Lucy (Christie MacFadyen) in this visually poetic fantasy. After Lucy vanishes, leaving a puzzling note, Gus goes on a quest for the mysterious woman. Jane Siberry also contributed a song, "This Old Earth", which was nominated for Best Song at the 1990 Genie Awards and appeared on her 1989 album Bound by the Beauty under the alternate title "Something About Trains".
