Anime perse (also known as The Jail - The Hell of Women) is a direct-to-video Italian film directed by Bruno Mattei in 2006 with the pseudonym Vincent Dawn.The film was shot in the Philippines, but it is a totally Italian production. The production was by Gianni Paolucci (The Black Pearl Films), the director is by Bruno Mattei (signed with his historical pseudonym Vincent Dawn), the screenplay by Antonio Tentori, while the scenes were entrusted to Claudio Cosentino and the editing to Daniele Campelli. The cast instead includes for almost all Western actors and local appearances.The peculiarity of this feature is its genre, the so-called women in prison (WIP), which forms part of the exploitation active for a short period in the seventies and then decaded.
