With water in his mouth is a 1956 Brazilian musical comedy film directed by J.B.Tanko and produced by Herbert Richers (producer CineTV). It was the second production of the director and Richers with the duo of cariocas clowns Fred and Carequinha. Musical numbers with Angela Maria, Cauby Peixoto (who sings his great success "Conceição"), The Three Rubis, Jupira and his Cabrochas, besides the double protagonist and other members of the cast, Anilza Leoni and Madame Lou. The song-theme that gives the title to the film was composed by Assis Valente.
