Plot.
The family consisting of two pandas and one girl lives happily when suddenly a little tiger appears at their home. It arrives that the circus had come to their town. All of a sudden starts the pouring rain but it can't stop them.

It was created and written by Hayao Miyazaki and directed by Isao Takahata, before the existence of Studio Ghibli. The film was released in Japan on March 17, 1973.The film is a sequel to the previous animated short film The Adventures of Panda and its Friends of 1972.
