Plot.
Nanu is a land mafia who illegally grabs people's property with the help of his friends. But his life witnesses a 360-degree change after he takes an injured girl to hospital. Some unusually inexplicable things start happening with him and soon he realizes that he is not the only one living in his flat. There is an uninvited guest also.

The first look poster was launched on 23 March 2018 followed by its theatrical trailer on 26 March 2018. Nanu Ki Jaanu was released on 20 April 2018. The movie is a remake of 2014 Tamil movie Pisaasu.
