Plot.
"Cool (News from Belarus)" is a self-published cinematographic zine of the Belarusian Cinema Konchenyy movement. The zine features hilarious and poignant Belarusian news stories written by Anton Serenekov, one of the last independent journalists working in Belarus. The filmmakers recreated and reimagined the most mystical country in Europe with makeshift means.2 The stories include phone thieves, TikTok storks, the tiniest castle in the world, and victims of the depression epidemic.01 The first issue of the self-published cinematographic zine is available on Filmadrid.2 Belarus 24 is a leading Belarusian channel that broadcasts the most recent and relevant news via satellite and online.
