Plot.

Satorāre () (also known as the English title Transparent: Tribute to a Sad Genius) is a 2001 film directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro and written by Masashi Todayama. Distributed on March 17, 2001 in Japan, October 5 in Spain (where it was screened at Sitges Film Festival) and November 21, 2003 in South Korea, it was produced by Studio Kajino (subsidiary of Studio Ghibli), but was not credited in the queue titles. Instead, in those of the R3 DVD edition, it was queued to the production companies under the name "Ghibli Studio".
