Gloria! is an upcoming Italian-Swiss historical drama film co–written and directed by Margherita Vicario in her directorial debut. The film starring Galatea Bellugi, Carlotta Gamba, Veronica Lucchesi, Maria Vittoria Dallasta and Sara Mafodda tells the story of a group of young musicians who invent pop music in 18th century Italy.It was selected in the Competition at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival, where it will compete for the Golden Bear with its first screening on 21 February at Berlinale Palast. Margherita Vicario, the first feature director was nominated for GWFF Best First Feature Award in the festival.
