Two ex-partner detectives join forces to hunt down a vicious serial killer targeting the members of a drug cartel. Meanwhile, the last surviving member of the infamous Barrio Angelz, a group of girls who smuggle drugs on their motorcycles, embarks on a deadly mission. Having killed a major drug cartel member in order to save her own life, Angel must take out the head of a competing drug cartel. But first she must get a crash course in assassination by a legendary assassin known only as The Shadow Dragon.
