Winter 1949. In the small Asturian village of Cerralbos del Sella just died his most illustrious neighbor, the great writer Blas Otamendi. His nephew Julio, now a professor in France, goes to the funeral. The meeting with his uncle's friends, the former maid and the family home, awaken in July his memories of childhood. The hidden time becomes present and, in unusual evocation, nephew and uncle relive their respective loves of that magical summer of 1925.
