A boy from an orphanage has lot of interest in reading and wants to be like the newspaper delivery boy to the orphanage. A inmate motivates him to do so after coming to know of his wish. The warden refuses to give him permission, so he joins work without his knowledge along with his friends. The boy notices the letters at the Ministers office door lying unattended.
