It is one of the four "apocrifi", or imitations, of the films-barzelletta of the series of Pierino, that is not interpreted by Alvaro Vitali, where the Florentine characterist and doubler Giorgio Ariani plays in the role of the protagonist while the cast collects characters and performers of the films of the Roman actor, such as Mario Brega, the elderly and popular Elena Fabrizi, Didi Perego, Jenny Tamburi and Renzo Montagnani. Given Ariani's regional diction, it is understood, from the words of Mario Brega, a Tuscan origin of the character then transferred to Rome.
