Plot.
Undercover state trooper Fitz Fitzpatrick is assigned to a criminal exchange opposite two mob-tied outlaws, Esmerelda Esposito and Shelly Shepard. Unexpectedly forced to wrestle with truths that challenge his ethics and entire worldview, Fitz must determine where his allegiances truly lie.
