Commodines is an Argentine film, released on June 19, 1997, produced by Pol-Ka Producciones. Protagonized by Carlos Calvo and Adrián Suar. Co-protagonized by Nancy Duplaá, Patricia Viggiano, Tony Vilas, Isabel Quinteros, Alejandro Awada and Nelly Prono. Co-protagonized by the first actors Víctor Laplace and Rodolfo Ranni. It also featured the special performance by Raúl Rizzo It was based on an original idea of Suar himself, the script was in charge of the writers Gustavo Belatti, Mario Segade (these two would be writers later on the successful novel Resistiré) and the writer Ricardo Piglia, and the direction in charge of Jorge Nisco, who had already directed to Suar in the police series Poliladron.This film was released on June 19, 1997, with a great sponsorship by Canal Thirteen. It was launched in response to the launch of another action film sponsored by Telefé: La furia. Both films were very well received by the public, in true support of the Argentine film industry.
