Plot.
At an orphanage, the children are sad because they received used defective toys as gifts. Professor Grampy sees the children while passing by in his sled and has an idea on how to give them a merry Christmas.

The cartoon features Professor Grampy, a character from the Betty Boop series; this is the character's only appearance without Betty.
An edited version was featured in Pee-wee's Playhouse Christmas Special as the cartoon shown by the King of Cartoons.
The cartoon was restored from the original Paramount Pictures camera negatives by Jane Fleischer Reid's company Fabulous Fleischer Cartoons Restored and debuted on MeTV's Toon in With Me on December 21, 2022.
