Four petty thieves, tired of the small extent of their assaults, decide to risk stealing the most luxurious hotel in the city. They must recruit more thieves to the band, including a woman. Among comical entanglements, they try to include themselves as ambassadors of a Russian commission, but such is the clumsiness, which are discovered and spectacularly persecuted. From that moment on, while studying the movements and preparations for the fashion and hajja parade, they generate hilarious situations that further complicate their plans.
