Uppu Karuvaadu (transl. Salted Dry Fish) is a 2015 Tamil-language comedy drama film directed by Radha Mohan, starring Karunakaran, Nandita, and Rachitha Mahalakshmi, while Sathish Krishnan, Narayan Lucky, Chaams, and Elango Kumaravel play supporting roles. The music was composed by Steeve Vatz with cinematography by Mahesh Muthuswami and editing by T. S. Jay. The film was released on 27 November 2015 and received positive reviews from critics. The film's title is inspired by a song from Mudhalvan (1999).
