Plot.
Bolivia, 1945. A young trotamundo arrives in the city of San Jacinto to take charge of the export-import company of La Sacova whose population is a conflicting mixture of indigenous, Creoles and Europeans. It settles in the Central Hotel, a meeting place of inappropriate characters who have lost all hope of escaping from that miserable place
