Plot.
In Sicily in the 1970s, Leuccio Vitale is a young member of the Mafia who commits kidnappings and murders, but also leads a normal life with his mother, sister and girlfriend. He is arrested after lending his car for a kidnapping. In prison, he suffers from remorse, convulsions, self-injury and hallucinations. After his release, he self-island in the house and then surrenders himself to the police, revealing the secrets of the Mafia. He collaborates with justice only in rare moments of lucidity and, because of his revelations, his cousin and uncle are killed.
