Wiki.
One of the oldest films in film history, The accordion Player, was directed by the French inventor Louis Le Prince and features a sequence of frames of his son playing an accordion. It was filmed on the stairs of Joseph Whitley's house. There is a chance that the date of recording is 1886. The National Museum of the Media of England has a copy of the original frames. An amateur version of the first 17 frames can be found on the internet.
