The film guilas Frente al sol was directed by Antonio Moreno, who had previously worked as an actor in Hollywood. Raphael J wrote the film guilas Frente al sol. They were Sevilla and Senz de Sicilia. The story of Carmen is about the death of her father. She works as a nail nurse in order to survive. Frank is one of her clients. Carmen doesn't approve of him because his father was responsible for her father's illness. She went to Shanghai with Oscar, who promised to marry her. He sold her to the owner of the club where she had to sing and dance. After some time as a spy, Carmen returns to Mexico, where she tries to steal some secret documents. She and Frank work together to trade an Asian agent for a secret agent. Carmen and Frank are married at the end of the film. The production company Compaa Nacional Productora de Pelculas financed guilas. Fernando de Fuentes made his directorial debut with El annimo in the same year.
