See the reaction from Republican rank and file voters to any openly gay GOP candidate from New Orleans to New York, from Gay Pride Parades to the Southern Republican Leadership Conference as he fights for inclusion in the debates, takes on his opponents and campaigns to let lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans know that anything is possible.
