Plot.
Enga Chinna Rasa was a 1987 Tamil film written and directed and starred by K. Bhagyaraj. This film is an inspiration of Kannada movie Mallammana Pavada (1969), starring Rajkumar and B. Saroja Devi. It was also remade to Telugu as Abbaigaru, to Hindi as Beta, starring Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and again remade to Kannada as Annayya, starring Ravichandran and Madhubala.

Puttaswamayya. It was released on 17 June 1987. The film was remade in Telugu as Abbayigaru, in Hindi as Beta and in Kannada as Annayya.
