The second part of the film begins with a trip to the equatorial region, where travelers managed to capture the most typical views of Africa. The journey continued in the forests of the Belgian Congo, where the authors managed to photograph the smallest people in the world, black dwarfs. From Central Africa, they head south through Victoria Falls and the mysterious ruins of a medieval settlement in Zimbabwe.. In Johannesburg, they witnessed the festival of black gold diggers. Their journey ends at the southernmost point of Africa below Table Mountain in Cape Town. The ending of the film captures the birth of a volcano shot at close range.
