"Curry bread man and maho no fude" Baikinman interferes with Dokin-chan, who was drawing a picture of Shokupanman, and Angry Dokin-chan crushes the crayon. Baikinman borrows a "magical brush" from Baikin Hermit as an excuse for Dokin-chan's request, and causes a big turmoil. "Shokupanman and Niseshokupanman" Dokin-chan, who has an interest in Shokupanman, is jealous that Shokupanman is liked by everyone in the town. Baikinman, who was hit by eight such girlfriends, rebelled against Shokupanman and made the "Baikin Shokupanman" and replaced it with a real one in an attempt to reduce his reputation. The Baikin Shokupanman issue causes problems everywhere, and eventually begins to run out of control.
