Plot.
Luis Guzmán, an Argentinean architect, arrives in Portugal on a seaplane. When he travels by car to Seville, he crashes with a cart of people who went to the romeria del Rocío and is wounded in the head. Carmen, one of the occupants, takes him to his imposing castle of Piedras Albas. When he wakes up, Luis claims as his own the barracks for belonging to him in inheritance. Carmen and his grandmother and the butler of the mansion believe that the accident has left him disturbed. But shortly afterwards the notary and the family lawyer confirm the words of the man: the grandfather sold the castle for gambling debts and, at the age of thirty, must pass to the hands of Luis. His intentions then pass by to restore it and open a modern hotel, which increases the anger of the family.
