Plot.
After studying drama in the UK, Tan-feng returns to Taiwan to investigate her sister's death. She suspects that her sister committed suicide because her boyfriend, Huai, jilted her. Out of bitterness, Tan-feng begins to plot her revenge by seducing Huai and his childish brother. However, things don't go to plan as she falls crazily in love with the enemy.

The Wild Goose on the Wing (Chinese: 雁兒在林梢; pinyin: Yàn'er zài línshāo) is a Taiwanese film, released in 1979 by Super Star (H.K.) Motion Picture Company (巨星(香港)影業公司), with spoken dialogues in Mandarin. It stars Brigitte Lin, Chin Han, Tse Ling-ling, and Ma Yung-lin (馬永霖). It was produced by Chiung Yao, who wrote the novel of the same Chinese name. The adapted screenplay was by Qiao Ye (喬野) and the film was directed by Lily Liu (劉立立).
