Princess Yennega is a short animated Belgian-Burkinabè film directed by Claude Le Gallou and Blaise Patrix in 1986. It is an adaptation of a tale of Bila Kaboré, himself recounting part of the legend of Yennega, legendary princess of Dagomba and founder of the Mossi kingdom, who would have lived between the 11th and 15th centuries. The film uses the technique of cut paper.
