Nemez is a German film by Stanislav Güntner. The coming-of-age story in the atmosphere of a film noir tells of the difficulties of an immigrant, the search for a place in the foreign society and of the fact that the home is where the love is. Mark Filatov, Emilia Schüle and Alex Brendemühl play in the main roles.The producers Torben Maas and Christian Füllmich of the filmschaft maas & fillmich as well as Maximilian Plettau of the Nominal Film received the 2012 VGF Junior Producer Award for Nemez (co-production ZDF; film promotion FFF Bayern) as part of the 34th Bavarian Film Award.The film was awarded with the Kodak Eastman promotion prize for the best young talent at the 29th Festival de Cine de Bogotá in Colombia, among others, at the Hof Film Days, and won the Silver Círculo Precolombino as the best film.
