Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (transl. Why Did I Fall In Love?) is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy directed by David Dhawan. It is the adaptation of the 1969 English film, Cactus Flower. It stars Salman Khan, Sushmita Sen, Katrina Kaif and Sohail Khan, with Arshad Warsi, Beena Kak, Rajpal Yadav and Isha Koppikar in supporting roles. Arbaaz Khan made a guest appearance in the film. The film is about the relationships of a womanizing doctor who gets ultimately stuck between two women: a patient with suicidal tendencies and his nurse.
