Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (transl. Never Say Goodbye), also abbreviated as KANK, is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama directed by Karan Johar, who also wrote it with Shibani Bathija, and produced by his mother Hiroo Yash Johar under the Dharma Productions banner. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukherji, Preity Zinta and Kirron Kher. The film explores themes of marital infidelity and dysfunctional relationships, and was promoted with the tag-line "A Love... That Broke All Relationships".

Set largely in New York City, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna follows the story of Dev and Maya, who fall in love with each other, despite being married to different people. It was shot over a 90-day period in the United States. The cinematography of the film was handled by Anil Mehta. Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy composed the music while the lyrics were penned by Javed Akhtar.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna was released worldwide on 11 August 2006 to mixed reviews from critics, with criticism on its subject matter and screenplay, and praise for its dialogues, soundtrack, humor, costumes, cinematography and performances of the cast. The film emerged as a major commercial success at the box-office, ranking as the fourth highest-grossing Hindi film of the year. It became the highest-grossing Indian film of all time overseas at the time of its release. The film was screened in over 1,200 cinemas worldwide, grossing a total of ₹1.13 billion ($37 million). It was also screened at the 31st Toronto International Film Festival and the 19th Tokyo International Film Festival.

A recipient of several accolades, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna led the 52nd Filmfare Awards with 23 nominations, including Best Film, Best Director (for Johar), Best Actor (for Khan), Best Actress (for Mukherji) and Best Supporting Actress (for Zinta), and won Best Supporting Actor (for Abhishek Bachchan).
