Leyenda de Natale is a 1947 film directed by Manuel Tamayo. It is the only feature film based on Charles Dickens' novel Christmas Song to be made in the 1940s, after the two versions of the 1930s. It is also one of the first adaptations of history produced outside the United Kingdom and the United States, remembering the great international popularity of Dickers' story.The film's protagonist is the Spanish actor Jesús Tordesillas in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge.
