It is the first episode film in the history of Italian cinema in the sound period, a previous of a year Circo equestre Za-bum by Mario Mattoli. Originally the Cinemas had designed in 1942 twelve episodes interpreted, among others, by Totò, Erminio Macario, Eduardo De Filippo and Aldo Fabrizi, but it was not completed, probably because of the war: the episodes shot were seven, but were reduced to four or five in the two "clandestine" releases (i.e. without having the visa of censorship) that the film had in Rome and Milan between the autumn of 1943 and the summer of 1944.The film also represents the only visual testimony left by the De Rege Brothers, who appeared in two episodes, considering that the four feature films interpreted in pairs (Milizia territoriale, Allegrimasdieri, Alledios alvedios, Ládegli seraglistanto estanto estanto esperal.
