Plot.
During the performance of a pochade an actor must lock himself in a closet and then succeed, discovered by the betrayed husband. But the actor disappears from the closet and the performance must be suspended. A police commissioner who was in the theater following an anonymous syllable letter, goes on stage, prevents the public from coming out of the room and starts a close investigation to come to the head of the mysterious disappearance. Among the general surprise the actor is then identified in the fireman: since the comedy seemed too banal, he devised a ploy to provoke situations that, coming out of the scenic fiction, highlight the characters of the real characters. The find likes to the public who sincerely applauds and the actor gets a new script.
