Plot.
Professor Vidyadhar teaches Hindi in a college and resides in a flat with his wife, Shobha, and school-going son, Pappu. He leads a fairly routine and mundane life, until a new resident in the flat upstairs moves in - an attractive young actress by the name of Menaka Khanna, the daughter of a wealthy man, Dinanath.

Professor Ki Padosan is a 1993 Indian comedy drama film directed by Shantilal Soni. The film stars Sanjeev Kumar, Asha Parekh, Padmini Kolhapure, Shekhar Suman, Deven Verma, Aruna Irani, Dalip Tahil. It marked Sanjeev Kumar's last film appearance, released 8 years after his death in 1985. The film pays tribute to Sanjeev Kumar with Amitabh Bachchan serving as the narrator of the film and shown paying tribute to Kumar in the end credits.
