Plot.
An elementary teacher dreams of becoming a great lyric singer. One evening, hidden by the comrades, goes with the girlfriend in the city to attend a representation of the Lohengrin. However, the two lose sight of each other and can no longer find each other. By chance, they are both housed in the same house and find each other after a thousand misconceptions and peripecies: he will become famous and finally they will be able to marry.

The Lady Is Fickle (Italian: La donna è mobile [la ˈdɔnna ˌɛ mˈmɔːbile]) is a 1942 Italian comedy film directed by Mario Mattoli and starring Ferruccio Tagliavini, Fioretta Dolfi and Carlo Campanini. It was shot at the Cinecittà Studios in Rome. The film's sets were designed by the art director Piero Filippone.
