Plot.
Umberto and Laura are two newlyweds who are about to leave for their wedding trip from Rome and to Paris, but the night before Umberto leaves, for a series of unfortunate events, he loses all the money and therefore the two decide to hijack in Orvieto. Here Umberto meets Diana, an old flame, who works in a guetti company and who gives him a place like "fine dictator". Discovered the past relationship between the two Laura gets angry and asks to return from her father to Rome. Umberto's career in the guetti company, however, gives Umberto success and money, and thus manages to smooth the conjugal crisis.

Beggar's Wedding (Italian: Nozze vagabonde) is a 1936 Italian comedy film directed by Guido Brignone and starring Maurizio D'Ancora, Leda Gloria and Luigi Almirante. It featured an early form of 3D film. It was shot at the Cines Studios and Caesar Studios in Rome. The film's sets were designed by the art director Giulio Lombardozzi. It was distributed by the Italian branch of Warner Brothers.
