The animated - taken from the homonymous book by Bianca Pitzorno - tells in a funny and educational way the rights of childhood through the voice of eight children, three talking animals, an old wizard and eight elderly unmemorial. The plot is painted with clarity and nice shots of scene around eight small shipwrecks that land on the "Island of the Unmemorial" populated only by adults. The islanders have totally forgotten the existence of children and their rights, while the magician Lucanor, the dog Corridor, the fish Splash and the gull Uà are the only ones to have clear the memory and must bring back this awareness among adults. A "mission" that will be achieved through situations that, with extreme balance between educational content and exciting entertainment, permeate the rights of all the children of the world enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of Childhood approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations on November 20, 1989.
