Plot.
Sattu is a good-hearted but good-for-nothing LLB fail guy who dreams of marrying the IT girl of Ahmedabad, Katha, a girl way out of his league. However, fate has other plans and Katha and he end up getting married, much to her dismay. From here on starts Sattu’s tryst to make his wife fall in love with him and how while doing so, he ends up discovering himself and proves to be a worthy husband!

Satyaprem Ki Katha (lit. transl. Tale of True Love) is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani as the titular protagonists. The supporting cast includes Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, Siddharth Randeria, Anuradha Patel and Rajpal Yadav. It is directed by Sameer Vidwans and jointly produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures.The film was announced in June 2021. Principal photography commenced in September 2022 and wrapped up in April 2023. The film was theatrically released on 29 June 2023 to positive reviews from critics. It grossed ₹117.77 crore (US$15 million) worldwide.
