Plot.
Rikutaro and Mariko are in the same grade at an elementary school. They become brother and sister after Rikutaro's mother and Mariko’s father marry. After their marriage, the children become upset because they are teased by their classmates, so they hatch a plan to make their parents divorce.

Children of Iron (Japanese: 鉄の子, Hepburn: Tetsu no ko) is a 2015 Japanese drama film directed by Koki Fukuyama. It was the opening film at the 2015 SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL and was also screened at the 2015 Tokyo International Film Festival. The film's theme song is "Otona ni Nattara" (大人になったら) by Glim Spanky.
