Gift is an investigative feature film by filmmaker Daniel Harrich from 2017, based on his research into inferior, panned and counterfeit drugs and revealing the consequences of the outsourcing of pharmaceutical production to low-wage countries, especially India and China. The production of Bayerischer Rundfunk, Südwestrundfunk and ARD Degeto was part of the ARD theme evening "Dangerous Medicines" on 17 May 2017. The film's main roles include Heiner Lauterbach, Julia Koschitz, Maria Furtwängler, Luise Heyer, Arfi Lamba, Ulrich Matthes and Martin Brambach.
