Kitty de Hoyos

Kitty de Hoyos (; February 8, 1936 – December 28, 1999) was the artistic name of María Cristina Guadalupe Vega Hoyos, a Mexican actress of the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema. In 1954 she began her film career when she was 18 years old in the film, Que bravas son los costañas. That same year she acted on the tapes I don't believe in men and The Guilt of Men. In 1955, she obtained her first star performance in the film Infidel Wives where, at the age of 19, she made a partial nude that meant great success, since she was one of the first actresses to pose naked for the big screen of Mexican cinema. Throughout his career he shared credits with artists of the size of Arturo de Córdoba, Pedro Armendáriz, Silvia Pinal, Marga López, Columba Domínguez, David Reynoso and Javier Solís, to name a few.He died on December 28, 1999, at the age of 63, a colon cancer victim. He is a grandmother of actor Diego Amozurrutia.
